From Rev. Issac Nirmal Kumar Sreemanthula:

I am Issac Nirmal Kumar Sreemanthula from Kakinada. My Schooling was in Kakinada up to Intermediate. I did my graduation in Commerce from Nagarjuna Sagar and my Post Graduation from Nagarjuna University. Both my parents are Ordained ministers of Baptist Church. It was my father’s untimely death that brought me into the ministry through a Biblical confirmation based on John 12:24. (Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed.) It was through this verse I dedicated my life to the ministry and from university, I went to the Bible School in Pune, Union Biblical Seminary.

After Seminary studies I started my church ministry in a village called Gotlam of Vizianagaram District for two years and moved to another church in Payakarao Peta of Visakhapatnam District for two more years then I worked in another Church in PIthapuram for three years. From Pithapuram, having completed 7 years of Church Ministry, I went to Serampore College, Serampore to do my Masters, specializing in Theology.

After completing Masters, God opened ways for us to teach at Andhra Christian Theological College (ACTC), Hyderabad. I am serving here for the last 12 years. ACTC as an Ecumenical College has given opportunities for me to preach in Lutheran, CSI, Methodist churches, though a Baptist. Amulya works in the same college in the Women’s Department. I was Ordained in 2004 while wife Amulya got her Ordination in 2018.
